Shawn White

CEO & Sales Manager

Shawn founded Midwest Generator Solutions in 2017 to meet the growing demand for power backup generators in Indiana and beyond. After 19 years of experience as a Master Electrician and founding and operating White’s Electrical, a successful electrical service company, Shawn was well-equipped for the transition to the emergency power sector. Shawn is a veteran and served as a United States Air Force Fire Fighter, completing training at the prestigious Louis F. Garland Fire Academy in San Angelo, Texas. When he’s not helping Hoosier home- and business owners meet their needs for uninterrupted power, Shawn enjoys making time to spend with his wife, Debra, and their three children: Cody, Grant, and Elizabeth. He is also an avid angler and a member of USA Bassin. One of his favorite pastimes is fishing for Smallmouth Bass in Lake Erie.

Debra White

Manager, Finance

Debra has been an integral part of Midwest Generator Solutions since its founding in 2017. With prior ownership and operational experience at White’s Electrical, she brings a deep understanding of business management, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations to MGS. Her organization, attention to detail, and steady leadership behind the scenes help keep the company running efficiently and smoothly. From managing financial processes to supporting team coordination, Debra plays a vital role in ensuring both operational stability and continued growth. Her aptitude in the office provides the structure that allows the field and sales teams to focus on delivering reliable standby power solutions to homeowners and businesses across Indiana. When she’s not at MGS, Debra enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, and their three children — Cody, Grant, and Elizabeth.

Nikki Eyster

Office Manager

Nikki Eyster brings strong organizational leadership and a customer-first mindset to her role as Office Manager at Midwest Generator Solutions. With previous experience as an accounting office manager, she offers a well-rounded background in financial coordination, office operations, and team support. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities help ensure a seamless experience from the first call to project completion. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, often staying busy with practices and activities. When she finds a quiet moment, she loves to unwind with a good book.

Mitch Whitaker

Warehouse Manager

Mitch Whitaker brings decades of hands-on experience and leadership to his role as Warehouse Manager at Midwest Generator Solutions. With over 25 years in the construction, manufacturing, and retail industries—as well as experience managing warehouses and owning his own business—Mitch offers a deep understanding of operations, logistics, and team coordination. His dedication and positive attitude help ensure that materials, equipment, and processes are managed efficiently to support the team in the field. Mitch and his wife, Jamy, a teacher, are proud parents of five children. They recently moved to Martinsville and are active members of Traders Point Christian Church. In his free time, Mitch enjoys traveling with his wife and attending Indy Fuel hockey and Fishers Freight arena football games.
